Yazzu User Agreement

Welcome to Yazzu! By downloading, installing, or using the Yazzu app ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following User Agreement. Please read this document carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use or download the App.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for individuals who are 17 years or older. By using this App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 17 years old. If you are under 17, you are not permitted to use the App.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

The content, design, and features of the App, including any updates, are owned by Yazzu and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Yazzu makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yazzu is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

Yazzu reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at its sole discretion, especially if you violate the terms of this Agreement.

9. Updates to the User Agreement

Yazzu may modify or update this User Agreement from time to time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement.
